Beth Sprague is the Operations Manager of Hestia Capital Management. Prior to joining Hestia Capital, Beth spent over twenty years in Eaton Corporation’s client services business units, where she developed expertise in project coordination, procurement, technology, training and client support. Prior to her time at Eaton, Beth held research and training positions at a private Pittsburgh-based firm and the University of Pittsburgh.

Beth is passionate about supporting those around her and helping others succeed. Her positive attitude and unwavering drive continue to make the difference in her work environment. Beth is a native of the Pittsburgh area and received a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Pittsburgh.

An advocate of volunteerism, Beth has served on several Boards in her local community.
