Operations Manager

Madison Rotto is the Operations Manager at Hestia Capital Management where she oversees the firm’s operations, communications and compliance. Prior to joining Hestia, Madison developed a unique blend of skills and experience from diverse positions in the auto industry, service industry and an athletics department at a university. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College and a Master of Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania.

Madison is a Pittsburgh native with a passion for sports and leadership. While coaching at the collegiate and professional levels, Madison mentored young athletes and led seminars for collegiate athletes on leadership styles, positivity and the power of leading with heart.

Madison’s can-do attitude, organization skills and ability to multitask help her assist anyone with their needs. Her combination of education, work experience in various industries and passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of the team.
